Payments made on KwickPe are processed through secure gateways. We are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by banking institutions or payment providers.

5. Wallet Usage

You may choose to add money to your KwickPe wallet. Wallet balance can only be used for services offered on the platform and is non-transferable or refundable unless a failed transaction occurs as defined in our Refund Policy.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use KwickPe for any unlawful activities or to:

• Misrepresent identity or provide false information.
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the service.
• Engage in any fraudulent or abusive behavior.

7. Service Availability

KwickPe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the services. Our total liability in all cases will be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific transaction.
